Home staging is the process of redecorating a house, depersonalizing it and making it more appealing to a prospective buyer, so that it can be sold fast and at the best possible price.  Statistics show that a staged home sells in half the time of a non-staged one and that in a slow market staging your house will enable you to sell it between 2% and 10% more, and in a competitive market, where buyers get into bidding wars, the price can increase between 20% and 50%.
